We hope everyone had a profitable Saturday. We have some information regarding Sunday teardown we would like to share. We sent tear-down times in your acceptance mailing. If you don't remember, there is a list at the bottom of this for your reference. Please do not try to enter the festival area before your allotted time. We do not start until 5:30 because we usually have people walking the streets past 5:00 and want to be safe.

Tear down as much as you can before you bring in your vehicle. If you have a large trailer, you might want to wait until later. Please remember, everyone wants to pack up and leave as soon as possible. This can create a chaotic atmosphere. Congestion can be stressful, so please maintain a professional demeanor. Do not become frustrated. We must work cooperatively with our vendor neighbors and can leave knowing we have all contributed to a highly successful event. We do not want to end the event on a sour note with any disrespect to each other. Any violence or aggressive behavior will negatively affect your application to the 2023 Festival. Thank you so much.
